This hotel offers fantastic value for money, with a great location in the heart of the historic center. The staff is super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist, whether you speak Portuguese or not. The breakfast is extensive and impressive, with delicious options like the kale and lime fresh juice and the mouthwatering bread pudding.

We were impressed with the spacious room and modern bathroom. the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruits and juices, and the bread pudding was a standout. the location was convenient for exploring the town's lively atmosphere and historic sights, while also being close to the town center and swimming pool.

The noise from nearby student associations could be disruptive, especially at night.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. They made us feel so welcome and at home, something I've never experienced before. Plus, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and juices to choose from, including a delicious kale and lime juice that was a real highlight.

Staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check-in early. the hotel had a stylish feel and was kept very clean.

The hotel was located at the bottom of a steep hill and required a lot of stairs to reach the rooms. This made it difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

The hospitality of the staff was really good, and they were always willing to assist me promptly. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice. the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the swimming pool area was perfect - extra towels were also provided.
